Let me just say this… we don’t always KNOW that we are living defeated, victimized lives. I spent a TON of years telling people, I am such a vanilla, boring person with no drama. The more light we shine on the things we have stuffed away (our past, our experiences, our emotions and our shortcomings) the more free we become.
