Lisa has a powerful and effective mission that has broadened to include counseling, consulting and coaching for individuals and groups as well as a restorative housing program. All of this is to reach out and equip individuals, empower people and enforce purpose in their lives through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Lisa has a passion for community and believes in the power of unity; together we are better. For this purpose, she is driven to teach, train, share, and inspire others in all that she has learned through her own experiences in working with people, and within the community, to restore lives.

She founded the Burleson Empowerment Project, serves as the chairman for the REACH Across Johnson County Coalition, is on the advisory board of Couch & Russell Financial Group, serves as a founding member of the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Initiative, is on the Burleson National Day of Prayer Committee, is the secretary for the Burleson Character Council and has been a part of the Community Health Needs Assessment Advisory Team for Texas Health Huguley Hospital. She also founded the Crazy8 Ministries’ City on a Hill Festival held annually in Burleson, TX.
Lisa has received recognition through being named Parade Marshal of the Character March of Burleson, being awarded the Byron Black Character Award, and being included in the 2019-2020 Marquis Who’s Who in America publication.
